16 apr Ross Sisters

Hun wiegje stond in Texas en dat is waar Betsy Ann, Veda Victoria en Dixie Jewel Ross – alias The Ross Sisters – opgroeiden. Begin jaren veertig was hun carrière op het hoogtepunt, toen ze bekendheid kregen door hun optreden in de film Broadway Rhythm (1944). Kort daarna verhuisden ze naar Engeland en traden daar op (van 1946 tot 1948). De zusjes stonden bekend om hun acrobatisch talent. Kijk en huiver!
